Questions
What's the difference between Free and Premium designs?
Designs marked Free can be downloaded by anyone with a free account, for personal projects. Designs marked Premium need an active Premium membership, which also adds a commercial license to everything you download.
Is there a download limit?
No. Free accounts can download every Free design as often as they like, and Premium members can download the whole library with no monthly cap or credits.
Can I sell things I make with these designs?
With Premium, yes: shirts, mugs, decals, signs, print-on-demand products and more. You can't resell or share the files themselves. Free downloads are for personal use.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for. Anything you downloaded while a member stays covered by the commercial license after you cancel.
Which machines and apps do the files work with?
Every design is a single-color SVG plus a transparent PNG, so it opens in Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio (Designer Edition or higher for SVG), Brother ScanNCut, Glowforge, Inkscape, Illustrator and most other cutting and design software.
How do I cancel or update my card?
Go to your account page and choose Manage billing. Cancellation takes a couple of clicks; there's no need to contact us.
